Key Role:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram advertising). The candidate will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns, along with contributing to other digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation for maximum ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies, graphics, and video creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Assist in managing other digital marketing activities including SEO, content, email, and social media campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–3 years of proven hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media management, and other digital channels is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
