Digital Marketing Executive

Job Title: Digital Marketer (Probation to Permanent Role) Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team and lead our online advertising and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, YouTube ads, and a solid understanding of freelance platforms like Upwork to generate business opportunities. This position offers a 3-month probation period, after which the candidate may be offered a permanent role based on performance. During this period, performance-based incentives will also be provided. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and report KPIs regularly. Create engaging ad creatives and copy that align with target audience and brand goals. Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Proactively search and bid on projects aligned with our IT services and solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and create compelling proposals. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and freelance platform trends. Requirements: Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and YouTube Ads (Google Ads). Working knowledge of Upwork and other freelance platforms for lead generation and bidding. Understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS, etc. Strong communication and proposal writing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience in IT or software services marketing will be considered a strong advantage.
