We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer with 1-2 years of experience to lead our digital marketing initiatives. As a Senior Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content creation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategy, along with strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. SEO/SEM Management: Optimize content for search engines and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Social Media Strategy: Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), develop engaging content, and track performance. Client Interaction : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met with effective solutions. Regularly communicate with clients to discuss campaign progress, new initiatives, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Understand client business objectives and offer strategic recommendations to improve their digital presence and performance. Content Creation: Work with internal teams to create high-quality content (blog posts, articles, videos, infographics) to engage target audiences. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and measure performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc., and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segment audiences, and track campaign performance. Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead Generation: Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns and strategies. Collaboration: Work with the design and development teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels. Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continued innovation and growth. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or related fields. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and other digital marketing tools. Content Skills: Experience in content creation, copywriting, and editing. Social Media Expertise: Hands-on experience in managing and growing social media platforms. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creativity: Strong creative thinking with an eye for design and innovation. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
