Shaadi Sansar (www.shaadisansar.com) is a fast-growing matrimonial platform, helping individuals find their perfect life partners. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is an expert in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads & YouTube Ads to join our dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute & optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search/Display, and YouTube.
• Create ad strategies to drive traffic, leads & conversions.
• Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies & targeting.
• Manage ad budgets effectively for maximum ROI.
• Monitor, analyze & report on ad performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.
• Stay updated with the latest ad trends, bidding strategies & algorithm changes.
• Coordinate with the content & design team for creative ad assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in running Meta Ads, Google Ads & YouTube Ads.
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS & Funnel Marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads dashboard.
• Excellent analytical & communication skills.
• Ability to work independently & deliver results.
