Your day-to-day will look like:

• 🎯

  Strategize, launch, and scale

  social media campaigns across the funnel.
• 🧪 Test creatives, copy, formats, and audience segments like a true digital Marketer.
• 📊 Engage in day-to-day
  acts – weekly dashboards, actionable insights, and client updates & feedback.
• 🤝 Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and medical consultants to build thumb-stopping content.
• 📈 Optimize budgets and bid strategies for max ROI and CPL reduction.
• 👀 Stay sharp on trends, algorithm updates, and what's working right now.
• 📶Next Level record of growing followers, engagement, and traffic across social platforms.

✅ You’re Perfect If You Have

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience running

  LinkedIn Ad campaigns

  (must-have).
• Solid understanding of paid media metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPL, CAC).
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, B2B & B2C.
• Tools: LinkedIn ads, Meta & Google Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics.
• Your data-driven, creative, and not afraid to break & rebuild funnels.
