About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. This is a generalist role where you'll be exposed to and work across all major areas of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content, email marketing, and analytics. Ideal for someone who wants to grow as a 360° digital marketer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Perform basic SEO tasks like keyword research, content optimization, and backlink tracking

• Manage social media accounts and schedule engaging content

• Monitor and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

• Create and send newsletters and marketing emails using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.

• Work with content and design teams to support campaign goals

• Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights

• Prepare basic performance reports and suggest actionable improvements

• Stay updated with industry trends and platform algorithm changes

Key Skills Required

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles

• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing & Google Analytics

• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, etc.

• Basic understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation & customer engagement

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and eagerness to learn

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
