Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Professional to manage and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in social media management, content creation, SEO, and online branding strategies—helping strengthen Civitech Developers’ digital presence and drive engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:
  • Plan, create, and post engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting aligned with campaigns and events.
  • Website Management & SEO:
  • Monitor website performance, traffic, and analytics.
  • Coordinate website updates and improvements with design and development teams.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic reach.
  • Google My Business (GMB):
  • Regularly update GMB listings with posts, offers, and project information.
  • Track reviews and respond professionally.
  • Content Production:
  • Develop or coordinate blogs, creatives, and videos in line with brand communication.
  • Work closely with design teams, photographers, and videographers.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to measure campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Advertising Support:
  • Assist in planning and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to meet business goals.
  • Brand Management:
  • Maintain brand consistency and tone across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in real estate or related industries).
  • Proficiency in social media tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, online consumer behavior, and content strategies.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
