Are you a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for strategy, creativity, and performance? We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth initiatives and manage end-to-end digital campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, display).

Lead social media strategy and manage daily content execution.

Monitor KPIs and ROI, using analytics tools to guide decisions.

Run A/B tests and conversion experiments to improve performance.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience and landing pages.

Work closely with external agencies and partners to execute campaigns effectively.

Stay ahead of digital trends and recommend innovative strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

5–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (D2C/eCommerce preferred).

Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.

Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Ad platforms (e.g., AdRoll).

Creative thinking combined with a data-driven mindset.

Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis.

Based in or willing to work from Mohali.
