Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals
• Support in developing and managing content for websites, social media, and email campaigns
• Contribute to client business development through targeted online outreach
• Help in analyzing campaign results and preparing basic performance reports
• Monitor social media trends and identify engagement opportunities
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely support and follow-up

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Basic content writing and creative skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace
• Customer-focused approach with an ability to understand and respond to client needs
• Basic analytical and reporting abilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field)
• Internship or exposure to digital marketing concepts is a plus
