About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets to achieve maximum ROI.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Perform keyword research to identify high-ranking opportunities and optimize website content accordingly.
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush, and resolve technical SEO issues.
  • Create SEO-friendly content in collaboration with the content team.

3. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze website traffic, ad performance, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports summarizing campaign performance and SEO progress, with actionable recommendations.

4. Market Research & Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in performance marketing and SEO to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth.

5. Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and SEO-optimized content.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Managing our Shopify store including promotions, content, settings etc.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing and SEO.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website optimization is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be an advantage.
