Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive Company: HyJain Foods Product Private Limited Industry: FMCG (Masala Products Manufacturing) Location: Bangalore Position: Digital Marketing Executive Experience Required: 2–3 years Employment Type: Full-time About Us HyJain Foods Product Private Limited is a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in authentic and high-quality masala products. As part of our expansion and brand-building strategy, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can drive online visibility, engagement, and sales through creative digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and product sales. Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with engaging content. Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and monitor ROI. Handle SEO, SEM, and website content optimization for better rankings. Coordinate with the graphic design team for creatives, reels, and promotional content. Develop email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp marketing strategies. Track analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.). Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align digital efforts with business goals. Explore influencer marketing and digital collaborations for brand visibility. Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in digital marketing. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (FMCG preferred). Proficiency in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta). Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing tools. Good understanding of Canva/Photoshop (basic editing skills). Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager). Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
