Digital Marketing Executive- Hyderabad- 2 – 3 Years- 8-10lpa

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote our design and development services. Content Creation: Content Creation and Social Media Management: Create compelling content to cultivate our social media presence over LI, Facebook, X etc. Monitor and analyse the performance of these marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive analysis. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Events & Webinars: Plan and execute events, webinars, and other promotional activities offline and online to showcase our services and expertise. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA (Preferred) 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the software development or IT services industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exposure or knowledge of marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Exposure or Knowledge with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiarity with software development processes and terminology LOCATION : Work from office- Hyderabad.
