Description We are looking for a highly skilled Dot Net Core Lead with 8-10 years of experience to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of innovative software solutions while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of .NET Core applications. Design and architect scalable and high-performance software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. Ensure adherence to software development processes and methodologies. Skills and Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in software development using .NET Core framework. Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core technologies. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development. Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
