Position: Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher)

Location: Near Muttam Metro Station, Bangalore

Minimum Qualification / Requirement:

• Must be a graduate (any discipline; Marketing/Media/Communications preferred).
• Fresher candidates with strong interest in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Comfortable with basic reporting and analytics (Google Analytics or insights tools a plus).
• Must be a team player, proactive, and motivated to contribute to online campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and promotional posts.
• Support digital branding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
• Track basic campaign metrics and report results to the marketing team.
• Assist in SEO, website updates, and online promotions as required.
• Help with market research and competitor analysis for digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to generate new ideas for online engagement and growth.
• Stay updated with latest trends and tools in digital marketing.

Work Schedule:

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: As per team alignment

Salary:

• ₹8,000 per month
