Job Description

Looking for a hands-on B2B digital marketer who can drive US‑market brand presence and demand by owning content, social, video (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram), basic SEO/Ads, email, and reporting, while coordinating design via Canva/Adobe.

  • Strong B2B copywriting; brief and coordinate creatives using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro) as needed.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on digital marketing execution with measurable outcomes in B2B for US audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Up‑to‑date on digital marketing platforms, formats, and best practices for B2B audiences.
  • Plan, publish, and optimize across social media platforms; demonstrate comprehensive page and community management.
  • YouTube: Plan, script, edit, and publish; optimize titles/thumbnails; grow subscribers and watch time via YouTube Studio; edit in Premiere Pro, Canva as needed.
  • Instagram Video: Create and post short-form Reels summarizing webinars, customer quotes, and product tips; focus on saves/shares, reach, and follower growth.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and Google Ads search for high‑intent campaigns; track via GA4 and Search Console.
  • Conduct market and audience research, support content calendars for blogs, case studies, guides, and video scripts.
  • LinkedIn: Maintain a consistent posting cadence and publish infographics or thought leadership.
  • Increase relevant followers and engagement across social media platforms through consistent posting, conversations, and event promotions.
  • Write and edit website copy aligned to ICPs, use‑cases, and SEO guidelines, and coordinate with the web team for publishing.
  • Own end-to-end email workflows (invites, nurtures, post-event) with segmentation and A/B testing using marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp/Brevo).
  • Assets: Produce/coordinate blogs, customer testimonial videos, press mentions, and short social edits using Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Identify emerging formats (e.g., Reels, Shorts, carousels) impacting enterprise tech buyers; propose experiments with clear hypotheses.
  • Reporting: Share a short weekly update on LinkedIn engagement, social followers, YouTube subscribers/watch time, Instagram followers/Reels reach, SEO clicks, and email open/click rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
