You’re not here to just “execute tasks”—you want to think, experiment, and be a core part of brand growth. What You’ll Do: Plan and run paid campaigns (Meta/Google/LinkedIn) Lead content planning for social media and email Manage basic automation (MailerLite, WhatsApp tools, etc.) Collaborate with designers & copywriters to bring campaigns to life Suggest creative angles, hooks, and content formats based on insights What You Bring: Hands-on experience with at least 5–10 ad campaigns Solid understanding of ad targeting, performance metrics, and landing pages Ability to create campaign reports with insights—not just numbers Knowledge of tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, etc. Bonus: Experience in lead generation campaigns Basic knowledge of conversion tracking Ability to take initiative and solve small problems without waiting Growth Path: Senior Executive → Specialist (within 12 months based on performance About Dbuzzz: Dbuzzz is a dynamic IT & Digital Marketing Agency helping brands grow with innovative strategies.
