Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management

Create, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to audience queries.
Research competitors and trends to improve content strategy.
2. Content Creation
- Write clear and engaging content for:
  - Social media posts
  - Blogs
  - Email campaigns
  - Website updates
  - Assist in creating marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
    3. SEO & Website Optimization
    
    Basic SEO tasks: keyword research, on\-page optimization, title\/meta updates.
    
    Support in improving website ranking and generating organic traffic.
    4. Email & Campaign Marketing
    
    Assist in running email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns\/Zoho Marketing Automation.
    
    Manage mailing lists and track performance metrics.
    5. Lead Generation Support
    
    Work on basic digital lead\-generation activities.
    
    Utilize digital channels for promoting Zoho product services and training.
    6. Analytics & Reporting
    
    Track campaign performance using Zoho Marketing Tools, Google Analytics, and social media insights dashboards.
    
    Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
    
    Requirements
    
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    
    Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content writing).
    
    Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
    
    Willingness to learn Zoho Marketing tools (Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation).
    
    Creativity and ability to work in a fast\-paced IT\/Software environment.
