Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation Support

• Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and websites.

1. Social Media Management

• Help in scheduling, posting, and monitoring content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

1. SEO & Keyword Research

• Learn and support basic SEO tasks like keyword research, on-page optimization, and meta tag writing.

1. Analytics & Reporting

• Assist in monitoring website and social media analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and prepare basic performance reports.

1. Campaign Execution

• Support in setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) under the guidance of senior team members.

1. Market & Competitor Research

• Perform online research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for digital growth.

1. Email Marketing

• Assist in designing and sending email newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or Zoho Campaigns.

1. Client Support & Coordination

• Help in preparing client presentations, taking feedback, and coordinating with internal teams for campaign execution.

1. Learning & Skill Development

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices through regular learning.

1. Administrative Support

• Assist the team with daily documentation, data entry, and project coordination tasks.

Key Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
• Good written and verbal communication skills
