Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:
Plan and implement effective
digital marketing strategies for our clients
, aligning campaigns with their specific business goals.

Paid Media (PPC/SEM):
Plan and manage high-performing
PPC campaigns
across key platforms, specifically
Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
, focusing on client lead generation, sales, and maximizing ROI. This includes ad creation, bidding strategy, budget management, and continuous A/B testing and optimization.

SEO Guidance (Knowledge-Based):
Maintain a solid
working knowledge of SEO principles
to guide clients and internal teams on best practices for content, site structure, and technical requirements. While you won't be required to execute the process, you will be the point person for strategic SEO discussions.

Social Media Marketing (SMO):
Oversee and implement social media strategies to increase client brand awareness, engagement, and traffic, while ensuring a consistent brand voice.

Content Creation:
Possess the ability to
think creatively and create compelling ad copy and content concepts
for client brands to highlight their products and services in a unique way.

Client Management & Communication:

Take calls with clients
, present campaign results clearly, and effectively communicate progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to fulfill client objectives.

Qualifications for Applying

Minimum
1 year of proven, hands-on experience
in Digital Marketing, preferably within an agency environment.

Expertise in managing and optimizing
Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Solid working knowledge of SEO principles sufficient to provide strategic guidance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Should possess strong language and grammatical skills for creating error-free work.
