Digital Marketing Executive (B2B Marketing)

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growth team. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies across LinkedIn, email campaigns, and WhatsApp. Your focus will be on lead generation, content creation, and nurturing a strong marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies on LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
• Create engaging content for posts, messages, and campaigns tailored to different platforms.
• Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn with targeted outreach and campaigns.
• Run email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar.
• Execute WhatsApp marketing for lead engagement and follow-ups.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize based on insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email marketing tools.
• Strong content writing and communication skills.
• Experience in lead generation and nurturing via digital channels.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns.

Bonus:

Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Experience targeting Tier 2 / Tier 3 markets or tech/service-driven industries.
