B2B Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement

    B2B marketing strategies

    to generate high-quality leads and improve brand visibility.
  • Run

    LinkedIn Ads campaigns

    , including Sponsored Content, InMail, and Lead Gen Forms.
  • Plan and manage

    Google Ads (Search & Display)

    and

    retargeting campaigns

  • LinkedIn Marketing:

  • Execute

    targeted LinkedIn campaigns

    with proper audience segmentation, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report KPIs such as

    CPL, CTR, and conversion rates

    .
  • Email & Automation:

  • Plan and execute

    email marketing campaigns

    and nurture sequences.
  • Utilize

    marketing automation tools

    (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) for workflows and lead scoring.
  • Content & SEO:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create

    SEO-optimized blogs, case studies, and landing pages

    .
  • Ensure alignment of content with the buyers journey for lead nurturing.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

  • Measure and analyze campaign performance using

    LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM reports

  • Provide actionable insights and continuous optimization strategies.
  • CRM & Sales Alignment:

  • Sync marketing campaigns with

    CRM tools

    to track leads through the funnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 25 years of

    B2B digital marketing experience

    , with proven success in

    LinkedIn Ads and lead generation

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Google Ads

    ,

    SEO

    ,

    email marketing

    , and

    automation tools

    (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for B2B audiences.
