Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
  • Improve website ranking and visibility on Google through on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Monitor website performance and traffic using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Create and manage social media accounts and publish engaging posts regularly.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan and execute content marketing strategies like blogs, videos, and infographics.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and subscriber lists.
  • Work with designers and writers to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
  • Track and report ROI of all marketing activities.
  • Identify new trends and technologies in digital marketing to keep the brand updated.
  • Coordinate with other teams (sales, design, content) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Optimize ad campaigns and landing pages for better conversions.
  • Engage with followers on social media, respond to comments and messages.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to find opportunities for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role (can adjust based on level).
  • Good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, or Canva.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and trends.
