Job Description

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan campaigns across multiple channels including social media, search, email, and display.

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging content, reels, posts, and stories to increase audience interaction.
  • Monitor trends and use them for brand advantage.

SEO & Website Management

  • Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure the website is updated, user-friendly, and conversion-focused.

Content Creation & Marketing

  • Work with content creators/designers to produce blogs, videos, infographics, and other assets.
  • Repurpose content for different platforms and campaigns.

Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Optimize ads for maximum ROI and lead generation.

Email & SMS Marketing

  • Build and maintain email lists.
  • Create campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and customer retention.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers for campaign execution.
  • Work closely with the sales/business team to align marketing with lead generation goals.

Trend & Tool Awareness

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, AI platforms, and industry trends.
  • Experiment with new ideas and innovative formats for campaigns.

Brand Building

  • Ensure consistent brand tone, style, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Engage with online communities, influencers, and partners for collaborations
