We’re building a brand from the ground up — and we want you in the room, not on Zoom.

What You'll Own:

• Creating bold, scroll-stopping daily content for social channels
• Driving sales via online channels WhatsApp, website, marketplaces, Facebook, Instagram like a D2C Ninja
• Run Meta & Google Ads that actually bring conversions (we don’t do vanity metrics here)
• Building and managing online marketing: product pushes, campaigns, reactivations
• Managing Shopify like it’s second nature (meta fields, tagging, collections, product updates, revamps)
• Planning influencer and celeb collabs that make sense
• Creating strong listings for marketplaces (Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion)

What We Are Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in fashion/ecom/branding/digital roles
• If you’ve got sales ownership experience, know how to turn clicks into revenue
• Fluent in Shopify backend, Meta Ads, Google Ads, content tools
• Strong command of brand storytelling + content aesthetics
• Sharp eye for detail – product uploads, copy, targeting, tags, listings
• Someone who understands strategy, data, brand positioning, not just creating reels
• Pune-based and ready to take full ownership

This role is equal parts content, performance, and brand-building.

It’s fun, fast, and very real. You’ll work directly with the founder. No layers.

Not for agencies, freelancers, or “I’ll give you 2 hours a day” folks.
