Digital Marketing & Content Manager

What Youll Do

1. Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute a content-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with GSS’s brand, services, and product offerings.
  • Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging across platforms.
  • Plan and launch marketing campaigns to promote software services and tech capabilities.

2. Social Media & Culture Content

  • Create engaging social media content that showcases company culture, team moments, and behind-the-scenes fun—especially through Reels and short-form videos.
  • Be confident on camera or guide others to appear naturally in video content featuring employees and teams.
  • Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3. Video Production & Product Marketing

  • Lead end-to-end video production for service promotions, explainer videos, and client product showcases.
  • Script, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality videos that clearly communicate product features and value.
  • Design support visuals like infographics, slides, or data-driven carousels using tools like Canva or Figma.

4. Analytics & Growth

  • Use social and content analytics to track performance, improve engagement, and refine strategies.
  • Optimize posting schedules and double down on content that delivers results.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and leadership teams to align messaging with business goals.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand strategy—preferably in tech or services.
  • Are confident in front of the camera and/or can lead others to appear comfortable on camera.
  • Can create content that not only entertains but also promotes brand awareness and drives leads.
  • Are proficient with Canva and video editing tools like CapCut, VN, or Premiere Pro.
  • Understand how to grow brand presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Are a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have built a personal brand, content channel, or community from scratch.
  • Have experience marketing B2B tech services or SaaS products.
