Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Manage audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Track campaign performance and implement continuous optimization strategies.

2. Social Media & Content Management

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the malls branding and marketing objectives.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars for all digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies for content creation and campaign execution.

3. Influencer & Partnership Marketing

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and digital partners relevant to retail, lifestyle, and entertainment.
  • Execute influencer campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

4. Analytics, Reporting & Market Research

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support strategic planning.

5. Customer Engagement & Online Reputation Management

  • Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to reviews, comments, and brand mentions.
  • Support CRM, WhatsApp marketing, and email campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Assist in executing loyalty program communications and promotional campaigns.

6. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with internal departments, mall tenants, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Support proposal preparation, campaign planning, and presentation materials as required.
