Your tasks

Marketing Automation & CRM Support

• Provide day-to-day support to marketers on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), CRM, and data reporting tools
• Review, test, and quality-check journeys, emails, and forms before activation
• Create and adjust email templates, forms, and data extensions in SFMC
• Troubleshoot form-related issues, investigate error logs, and ensure smooth user submission experiences
• Support development and maintenance of cloud-based marketing tools (e.g. Forms, Preference Center, Marketing Cloud Portal, Newsletter automations) in close collaboration with the development team

Web Publishing & Content Production

• Create and maintain landing pages and content pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM / DPE) according to PwC guidelines
• Manage assets, URLs, redirects, and metadata to ensure SEO-compliant structure and clean content taxonomy
• Embed and manage videos, podcasts, and other media assets
• Optimize pages for UX, SEO, and responsiveness across devices
• Coordinate content updates, test previews, and ensure proper display of iframes and cookies
• Assist with the removal and expiration of outdated content and redirection setup to prevent dead links

Quality, Coordination & Optimization

• Act as a digital production point of contact for marketing teams and business stakeholders
• Ensure quality control of all published content and assets across channels
• Contribute to continuous process improvement, tool optimization, and digital governance initiatives

What you bring

• 5-8 years experience in digital production, marketing operations, or content management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting and content adjustments
• Good grasp of UX, SEO, and digital publishing best practices
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, ticket-based environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with marketing and business teams
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
