Role Description

We are looking for a Content Management Quality Analyst for a full-time on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves analyzing digital and web content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established guidelines. Key responsibilities include quality checking, content structuring, proofreading, editing, and maintaining content standards. A successful candidate will collaborate closely with developers, content creators, and project managers to ensure high-quality deliverables. They will also provide feedback and recommendations to enhance content processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Content Analysis, Proofreading, and Quality Assurance to ensure content accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Skills in Editing, Content Structuring, and Consistency Check for polished and professional outputs.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and website optimization processes.
• Familiarity with basic Digital Marketing concepts to ensure alignment of content with marketing goals.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in IT, e-Commerce, or digital marketing is a plus.
