We are looking for a

high-energy, self-motivated Marketing Lead

who thrives in a dynamic environment. own multiple projects, coordinate with internal stakeholders, supervise agencies

storyteller at heart, with a B2B background, having worked in top marketing agencies and some experience in brand management


Key specifics

  • Create and manage content across multiple digital channels, including social media, website, video assets, email marketing, organic/paid digital campaigns
  • Execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and recall
  • Supervise agencies to leverage data analytics, SEO, SEM, and performance marketing to optimize campaigns and website performance
  • Manage and create multiple content for internal & external communications for the intended target audience
  • Oversee multiple agency deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives - for B2B digital space, events, internal communications, PR, video assets and website.
  • Provide clear insightful briefs, set expectations, and track regular progress
  • Manage PR focussed strategies with an ability to develop content as may be required
  • Develop thought leadership content for executives and key stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3-6 years in digital marketing and communications in B2B industries
  • Proactive, self-starter with a get-things-done attitude.
  • Content Excellence: Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editorial skills.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with organic social media management and paid promotions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling messaging and engage diverse stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with creativity and attention to detail
  • Has strong consumer understanding with a knack for identifying key trends and insights
