Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage company social media pages (especially LinkedIn) on a daily basis
Create and schedule engaging posts, creatives, and updates
Prepare and execute monthly marketing & content calendars
Update website content, make page changes, and ensure optimization
Perform on-page SEO: titles, meta tags, keywords, internal linking
Track performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
Monitor reviews on Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and SiteJabber
Handle and resolve negative reviews professionally
Collect positive reviews from satisfied clients
Send daily client follow-up and marketing emails
Create blogs, newsletters, and marketing content
Design basic creatives using Canva/Photoshop
Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Branding
Experience managing LinkedIn pages and creating professional content
Knowledge of website updates, WordPress, and basic SEO practices
Ability to monitor and improve online reputation across review platforms
Good English communication and writing skills
Comfortable with Canva/Photoshop for basic creative design
Familiar with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
Ability to send client follow-up emails and maintain CRM updates
Strong analytical skills with a habit of weekly/monthly reporting
Proactive, creative, and able to work independently
Prior experience in tech, SaaS or service-based companies is a plus
