Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate

Location: Vasant Kunj, Delhi| 6 days onsite

Engagement Type: Full Time Permanent

Compensation: Upto 35K (depending upon the interview)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm innovative performance marketing strategies.
• Share insights and best practices specifically relevant to new/evolving e-commerce brands.
• Advise on campaign structuring, platform selection, audience targeting, and **budget allocation.
• Provide feedback and improvement suggestions on current campaigns and growth plans.
• Stay updated with trends in Indian e-commerce and digital marketing to keep strategies fresh and competitive.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally with a focus on **direct-to-consumer (D2C) and e-commerce brands in India.
• Proven track record of working with entry-level or new brands, helping them scale via paid media channels.
• Strong understanding of platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
