As a results-driven Digital Marketing Associate with 1+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns, your role will involve: - Creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. - Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics. - Preparing actionable reports. - Conducting A/B tests for ads and landing pages. - Collaborating with creative teams to refine ad creatives and copy. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends, diagnosing issues, and recommending optimizations to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will ensure optimal campaign performance and compliance by monitoring and maintaining account and campaign hygiene. Qualifications required for this role: - Proficiency with campaign management tools and analytics platforms. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills. - Demonstrated ability to achieve performance targets. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Being a self-starter, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive with autonomy is essential. - Experience with landing page optimization or creative briefing is a plus.
