Now, we’re hunting for a Digital Marketing Maverick who’s just as bold. Who You Are You're not just into metrics — you're into movements . You know how to turn scrolls into clicks, and clicks into cult-like followings. You love diving into Gen Z culture, know what’s trending before it’s trending, and you understand that “going viral” isn’t luck — it’s strategy + instinct. You're part storyteller, part strategist, part growth hacker. Most of all, you get the vibe — and know how to market it. What You’ll Do Develop and own our pre-launch and post-launch digital marketing strategy across all key platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Discord, Reddit, etc.) Build buzz: create and execute launch campaigns , countdowns, giveaways, collabs, and content that drives traffic and hype Manage and grow our social media presence like it’s your personal brand Create content briefs and work with designers, editors, and creators to build thumb-stopping posts and videos Own our email marketing & newsletters : write compelling copy, build funnels, and segment audiences Set up and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) for CAC that doesn’t break the bank Use data like a compass: track performance, learn fast, pivot faster Collaborate with creators, influencers, and the product team to make sure our story is across every touchpoint Must-Haves 1 year in digital marketing (preferred) content, or social media (startup or creator economy experience = major plus) Proven experience growing social channels and building communities Familiarity with internet culture, meme-speak, and digital subcultures You can work independently, move quickly, and aren’t afraid to experiment Bonus: You’ve run a personal brand, YouTube channel, podcast, or built something cool from scratch What We Offer A front-row seat in a game-changing startup Creative freedom and real ownership A collaborative team that values bold thinking and doing Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
