Company - Coolboots Media Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate Location: Sector 54 Gurgaon (On-site) Experience Required: 1-3 Years About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate for our product Outspark (By Times Of India) to join our marketing team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads , and performing in-depth keyword research to drive campaign success. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) platforms. Conduct keyword research to support SEO and PPC strategies. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights. A/B test ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to maximize ROI. Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure effective campaign creatives. Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Requirements: 1-3 years of proven experience in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Proficiency in keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS). Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign tracking tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
