Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Manage SEO, SEM, and content strategies to drive website traffic.
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality travel leads.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Explain travel packages, itineraries, and promotions.
• Maintain follow-up with leads through calls and emails.
• Update CRM records with lead status and feedback.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth booking processes
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (Marketing or related field preferred).
• 113 years of experience in digital marketing (travel industry experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
• Creative mindset and data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Persuasive and customer-friendly attitude.
