Digital Marketing & Growth Lead

building Palm Era as a category-led brand

Key Responsibilities

1. GTM Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Design and execute the

    Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy

    for Palm Era products, with an immediate focus on

    Bangalore

    as a key growth market.
  • Define

    market entry playbooks

    for:
    • Quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.)
    • Premium offline retail chains and modern trade stores
  • Identify target consumer segments, buying triggers, and positioning strategies aligned with

    health, purity, and palm-based nutrition

    .
  • Work closely with sales, supply chain, and founders to ensure

    seamless GTM execution

    from listings to visibility to demand pull.
  • Track GTM performance metrics such as market penetration, store-level velocity, repeat purchase, and brand lift.

2. Performance Marketing & ROAS Optimization

  • Audit and analyze existing

    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    performance data:
    • Audience targeting effectiveness
    • Creative performance
    • Funnel drop-offs
    • CAC vs LTV metrics
  • Design and execute

    performance marketing strategies

    to improve:
    • ROAS
    • Conversion rates
    • Cost per acquisition
    • Retention and repeat purchase
  • Implement structured

    A/B testing

    for creatives, copy, audiences, and landing experiences.
  • Build scalable

    full-funnel growth systems

    from awareness to conversion to retention.
  • Collaborate with external agencies/freelancers (if any) and ensure accountability for performance outcomes.

3. Content & Digital Channel Management

  • Own the

    content strategy

    across all digital touchpointssocial media, ads, website, marketplace listings, and campaigns.
  • Ensure content aligns with Palm Eras

    brand voice, purpose, and health-first narrative

    .
  • Lead content planning including:
    • Product education
    • Health benefits storytelling
    • Founder/brand story amplification
    • Seasonal and campaign-based content
  • Manage end-to-end digital operations:
    • Social media calendars and execution
    • Ad account management
    • Campaign launches and monitoring
  • Work with designers, videographers, and creators to ensure

    high-quality, conversion-driven content

4. Growth Analytics & Reporting

  • Establish clear

    growth dashboards

    covering:
    • Traffic sources
    • Conversion metrics
    • ROAS and CAC
    • Platform-wise performance
  • Translate data into

    actionable insights

    and recommendations for leadership.
  • Provide weekly and monthly growth reports with clear narrativesnot just numbers.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ownership

  • Act as a

    growth partner to founders

    , bringing structured thinking and execution discipline.
  • Collaborate with:
    • Sales teams for market feedback
    • Operations for supply readiness
    • Product teams for new launches and improvements
  • Take complete ownership of outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in

    digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing

    (preferably in FMCG, D2C, or consumer brands).
  • Strong hands-on experience with

    Meta Ads

    and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience in

    GTM execution

    for new markets or product launches.
  • Strong understanding of

    consumer behavior, funnels, and growth metrics

    .
  • Ability to convert data into strategy and execution.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience working with quick commerce platforms or modern trade brands.
  • Exposure to health foods, organic, or premium FMCG categories.
