We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. Your efforts will help increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads that contribute to our company’s growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels (e.g., social media, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and YouTube). Plan and manage campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and trends. Optimize website content and blog posts for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and link-building strategies. Create and optimize landing pages, blog content, and other online materials to engage target audiences. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversions, and engagement. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall brand and business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.). Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Solid understanding of social media platforms, web analytics, and SEO/PPC best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
