Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the digital marketing team (SEO, performance marketing, social media, content, email marketing, etc.). - Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. - Own performance metrics across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). - Monitor and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, etc., using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot. - Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align messaging and ensure campaign consistency. - Oversee SEO/SEM strategy, email marketing, website performance, and CRM-driven workflows. - Keep up-to-date with digital trends, algorithm changes, and new tools/platforms to maintain competitiveness. - Coach, mentor, and upskill team members to improve overall team capability and output. Requirements: - Strong experience in strategy creation, campaign planning, and cross-functional coordination. - Deep understanding of performance marketing, SEO, social media, email, and CRM workflows. - Experience in scaling campaigns with performance targets (CAC, ROAS, LTV). - Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills. - Strong command of digital platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, SEO tools, etc.). - Proven success in managing paid campaigns, SEO initiatives, and funnel strategies.
