Aerowis Aviation is a leading pilot training institution based in Calicut, Kerala, offering high-quality theoretical training for aspiring pilots. We are expanding our team and looking for a creative, result-driven Digital Marketer to manage our online presence and drive brand growth.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer (male or female) with 1–3 years of proven expertise in SEO, digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and trend analysis. The ideal candidate should be passionate about aviation, creative in approach, and capable of working full-time from our office.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve website ranking and traffic.
• Manage and grow Aerowis Aviation’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging content (blogs, posts, reels) aligned with our brand voice.
• Analyze digital marketing trends to implement fresh and effective strategies.
• Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the management team to align marketing with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Strong skills in SEO, content writing, social media management.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Creative, proactive, and trend-savvy.

Preferred Skills

• Presenting and hosting video content for online promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Experience in the aviation or education sector.
• Ability to handle end-to-end campaigns independently.
• Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
