Digital Marketer & Content Creator Intern

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Digital Marketing & Content Creator (Social Media + Lead Generation Support) located in Noida. The role involves creating engaging social media content, supporting lead generation activities, managing social media accounts, analyzing social media performance, and assisting with digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that enhance our online presence and generate leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Management
• Skills in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in analyzing social media performance and metrics
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities🎨 Content Creation & Social Media

• Design and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Use Canva (or similar tools) to create graphics, banners, and reels.
• Write short, creative captions and hashtags for social posts.
• Upload and optimize YouTube videos (titles, thumbnails, tags, descriptions).
• Maintain a regular content posting calendar.

🚀 Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Assist in planning small promotional campaigns for our courses and services.
• Support in generating leads through organic methods (social media, website, WhatsApp, YouTube).
• Help track engagement, followers, inquiries, and basic campaign results.
• Research trending topics and digital strategies to increase reach and visibility.

🔍 SEO & Learning

• Learn and apply basic SEO techniques for content optimization.
• Work with keywords, hashtags, and YouTube tags for better ranking.
• Gain exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (training provided).

💼 Qualification

• Any graduate / student with an interest in digital marketing or media.
• Trained in digital marketing or media
