Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Digital Marketing & Content Creator (Social Media + Lead Generation Support) located in Noida. The role involves creating engaging social media content, supporting lead generation activities, managing social media accounts, analyzing social media performance, and assisting with digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that enhance our online presence and generate leads. Qualifications Experience in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Management Skills in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Proficiency in analyzing social media performance and metrics Strong communication and writing skills Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred Key Responsibilities 🎨 Content Creation & Social Media Design and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube . Use Canva (or similar tools) to create graphics, banners, and reels. Write short, creative captions and hashtags for social posts. Upload and optimize YouTube videos (titles, thumbnails, tags, descriptions). Support in generating leads through organic methods (social media, website, WhatsApp, YouTube). Help track engagement, followers, inquiries, and basic campaign results.
