About the Role

Digital Marketer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, Email Marketing, etc.).
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to grow community and brand presence.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Conduct keyword research, manage SEO/SEM, and ensure consistent website traffic growth.
Monitor, measure, and report performance of all campaigns against KPIs.
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a
Digital Marketer / Performance Marketer
(minimum 2–3 years preferred).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
