Role & responsibilities Experience: 4 -10 Years Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: Seeking a highly skilled Tecnomatix Process Designer & Process Simulate Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 -10 years of experience in manufacturing process simulation, robotic programming, and digital manufacturing using Siemens Tecnomatix tools. The role involves designing, simulating, and optimizing manufacturing processes, assembly lines, and robotic workflows to improve production efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities: Develop 3D process plans and assembly sequences using Process Designer. Perform manufacturing feasibility studies to validate product designs. Create and validate robotic simulations using Process Simulate for various applications, including material handling, welding, painting, and assembly. Define and optimize human ergonomics, tool paths, and workstations. Integrate PLC logic with simulations to test automation workflows. Work closely with production, design, and automation teams to ensure seamless process implementation. Support virtual commissioning and validation of robotic and automation processes. Troubleshoot and optimize simulation models to improve cycle time and efficiency. Generate detailed reports and documentation for process validation and improvements. Provide technical support and training on Tecnomatix tools to internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in Siemens Tecnomatix Process Designer & Process Simulate. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, robotic automation, and assembly systems. Experience in robot programming and offline programming (OLP). Knowledge of industrial robots (ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, etc.) and their integration with Process Simulate. Familiarity with PLC logic and industrial automation concepts. Experience with virtual commissioning and simulation-based validation. Proficiency in CAD tools (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.) and PLM systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in automotive, aerospace, or heavy engineering industries. Exposure to Plant Simulation for factory layout and logistics optimization. Knowledge of VBScript, or C# for automation in Tecnomatix. Understanding of Industry 4.0, digital twins, and smart manufacturing.
