Job Summary: We seek a Digital Learning UX Designer to create engaging, interactive learning experiences through UI and UX design, gamification, SharePoint site development, front-end coding, JSON integration, AI-powered enhancements using Microsoft Copilot, and advanced graphic design using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. This role requires expertise in SharePoint customization, platform experience optimization, and crossfunctional collaboration with key stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Education: Bachelors or Master’s in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Learning, or related field. • Experience: 5+ years in UX design, gamification, SharePoint development, front-end coding, JSON integration, and graphic design. • Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping. Technical Skills: • Expertise in Figma and Adobe XD for UI and UX design. • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, SharePoint Framework (SPFx). • SharePoint design & customization, including Power Automate & Power Apps. • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for visual branding and UI elements. • Experience in JSON data structuring and API integrations. • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for automation and workflow optimization.
