Description
Role & responsibilities Design wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes that translate instructional goals into engaging digital learning experiences. • Create high-fidelity UI designs that adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements. • Develop and maintain SharePoint learning portals using SPFx, Power Automate, and modern UI web parts. • Implement front-end development for learning interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS). • Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, Learning Product Owners, and other stakeholders to align design and functionality with learning outcomes and platform needs. • Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1), performance optimization, and responsive behavior across devices and browsers. • Document design guidelines, user flows, and UX strategy for internal use and future reference Preferred candidate profile Expertise in Figma and Adobe XD for UI and UX design. • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, SharePoint Framework (SPFx). • SharePoint design & customization, including Power Automate & Power Apps. • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for visual branding and UI elements. • Experience in JSON data structuring and API integrations. • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for automation and workflow optimization.
