Job Description

As a Digital Journey Specialist in the Digital Solutions department, your role is crucial in architecting the digital transformation journey with specialized solutions aligned with current market trends and long-term objectives of the bank. Your expertise will be instrumental in breaking down complex problems into simple workable solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional user experience for the clients. Key Responsibilities: - Architect the digital transformation journey with specialized solutions in alignment with market trends and bank objectives. - Review spend and value targets for Digital transformation, track monthly performance, and report progress. - Provide subject matter expertise to resolve complex problems by breaking them down into viable solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide digital solutions for business requirements and promote new digital capabilities. - Supervise and review project plans, including resource and cost estimates. - Improve project delivery by ensuring thorough processes for development, internal testing, and UAT, reviewing defect backlog, and clarifying requirements. - Cultivate a culture of agility, elite performance, and innovation. - Manage relationships with third-party digital delivery partners to introduce new digital initiatives and market trends. - Work with the IT Digital transformation team to monitor performance, suggest improvements, and enhance efficiency. - Review and update training materials and documentation for internal business users, coordinating ongoing training sessions. - Monitor key metrics on dashboards for Senior Management. - Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines set by the bank. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM. - Relevant experience of 5 to 10 years.
