Job Title: Digital Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
The digital growth marketing manager will lead the development and execution of performance-driven marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a digital-first marketer who thrives on data, automation, and experimentation, and who can turn insights into action across the full marketing funnel.
You will be responsible for demand generation, digital campaigns, website performance, and marketing automation working closely with sales, field marketing and our content lead to deliver measurable impact across our core industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Demand generation and campaign execution:
Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
Support ABM initiatives by tailoring campaigns to key accounts and industry verticals
Manage digital channels including paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting
Collaborate with content, field/ABM marketers and our practice leads to align messaging and campaign assets with buyer journeys
Website and digital performance:
Own and optimise the company website to support SEO, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and user experience
Monitor and improve digital performance metrics across all touchpoints
Ensure automation in lead generation from digital channels into our CRM and Marketing cloud tool.
Marketing automation and CRM:
Build and manage automated marketing workflows using Salesforce.com, Account Engagement (Pardot), Sales Engagement, Lusha and Sales Navigator.
Ensure seamless lead nurturing and scoring processes to support sales enablement
Analytics and optimisation:
Analyse campaign performance and marketing attribution to inform strategy and budget allocation
Report on KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Innovation and best practice:
Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Drive innovation and efficiency across all marketing activities
Proactively explore and apply AI tools to enhance campaign performance, streamline reporting, automate workflows, and personalise customer journeys
Identify opportunities where AI can improve speed, scale, or insight without compromising creativity or human judgment
Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, or professional services
Proven track record in performance marketing, demand generation, and digital campaign execution
Strong understanding of Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Marketing Cloud
Experience managing and optimising websites for lead generation and SEO
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
