Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of EMS, DCS, BMS, and other digital manufacturing systems from service definition to retirement.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity requirements in GxP-regulated environments.
• Maintain service quality and operational efficiency at optimized costs.
• Manage incidents to ensure applications operate without disruption and maintain service stability.
• Define and maintain the operational framework for managed services.
• Drive value creation and financial performance in alignment with the digital manufacturing strategy.
• Monitor, measure, and report on service levels, ensuring adherence to established SLAs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Global Engineering, Digital Architecture COE, Digital Tech, Digital Risk Advisors, and Cyber Security teams.
• Participate in service change management processes, providing impact analysis for proposed changes.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure service delivery and support Global Engineering in vendor relationship management.
• Supervise performance analysis and improvement activities within the scope of digital manufacturing systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards in manufacturing IT.
• Proactively identify aging systems and develop a technology refresh roadmap to prevent obsolescence.

Skills Required:

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Automation Services within manufacturing environments
• Hands-on exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Proven experience driving Digital Transformation initiatives
• Strong domain knowledge of Pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
• Experience managing end-to-end service lifecycle for industrial IT systems
• Strong understanding of incident management, service stability, and SLA governance
• Ability to work in global, cross-functional environments

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of GxP compliance and regulated manufacturing environments
• Understanding of SOX controls and audit requirements
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
• Awareness of data privacy and data integrity principles
• Experience working with vendors and managed service providers
• Exposure to cybersecurity and digital risk management in manufacturing IT
