Job Description

As a member of our Digital Finance Transformation (DFT) team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end finance modernization, process optimization, and technology-led transformation for our global clients. Key Responsibilities: - Execute finance transformation projects across R2R, P2P, O2C, and Treasury processes. - Conduct process reviews, identify gaps, and recommend automation/optimization. - Design Finance Target Operating Models and define technology roadmaps. - Leverage tools like SAP, Oracle, Blackline, Trintech, Hyperion, Power BI. - Build dashboards and insights for data-driven decision-making. - Support proposals, client presentations, and new service offerings. Qualifications Required: - BCom / CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) with 3-15 years of experience in finance transformation. - Strong exposure to ERP implementations and finance process re-engineering. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Openness to travel for project requirements.,
