Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a results-driven Digital Expert with strong experience in the telecommunications sector to drive digital transformation, optimize customer engagement, and support the adoption of next-generation technologies.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in modernizing customer journeys, enhancing digital channels, and leveraging data to improve service delivery and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across consumer and enterprise business units, including B2C, B2B, and wholesale segments
  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of digital channels (web, mobile app, self-service portals, e-care platforms)
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, IT, and network teams to ensure digitally integrated service offerings (e g , bundled services, OTT, 5G)
  • Analyze customer behavior, service usage, and digital KPIs to optimize the digital customer journey and reduce churn
  • Support the implementation of AI-driven tools (e g , chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics) for customer service and personalization
  • Ensure seamless integration of CRM, billing, OSS/BSS systems with front-end digital platforms
  • Monitor industry trends in 5G, IoT, cloud services, and network virtualization, providing strategic digital insights
  • Drive agile product development and fast iteration cycles for digital features and services
  • Promote a data-driven culture by helping teams leverage customer insights and real-time analytics
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e g , GDPR, telecom-specific standards)
  • Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Telecommunications, Digital Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • experience in digital strategy or transformation roles within the telecom or technology sector
  • Strong understanding of telco infrastructure, customer lifecycle, and digital ecosystems
  • Experience with telecom platforms (e g , Salesforce, Amdocs, Ericsson, Huawei, Netcracker)
  • Proficiency in digital tools and analytics platforms (e g , Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Experience Cloud)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to drive change across business units
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with eSIM provisioning, omnichannel customer support, digital onboarding
  • Experience in cloud-native environments, APIs, and microservices architecture
  • Understanding of network technologies (5G, fiber, IoT) and their digital business impact
